Parents of the Year
The Filipino American Cultural Group of San Diego North County recognized Winlove and Aurora Soriano Cudal as Father and Mother of the Year 2007 in a fitting ceremony held at the Canyon View Elementary School Auditorium, Rancho Penasquitos, San Diego.
